If you are unsure of their exact preference, a gift voucher allows your recipient to select their own favourite design or put it towards a custom bespoke creation or alteration.

Extended Christmas Returns Policy

Items purchased between November and December may be exchanged up to 31st January at 16:00 with proof of purchase, provided the item is unworn. For items purchased in January (or returned after 31st January), our standard 28-day policy applies.

Credit notes are issued at the discretion of Timothy Roe Fine Jewellery Ltd. and are valid for up to 12 months.
We are unable to offer cash/card refunds.
Please note that resized, altered, engraved, or commissioned items cannot be exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
