How it works

When you make a purchase in-store, you’ll be invited to take part in our Find the Natural Diamond Challenge.

• The challenge runs from 1st April to 1st September

• The winner will be chosen at random on 2nd September

When you can play

You can take part after making a payment in-store, including:

• Buying an item

• Paying a deposit for a bespoke piece

• Paying for a repair, alteration, or service (full or deposit)

• Paying for a ring clean or other service

Important:
You must complete a payment to play.

When you cannot play

You won’t be able to take part if:

• You are only getting a quote

• You are browsing without making a purchase

• You have already played for the same transaction

• You previously declined and return later to play

One entry per transaction

• You get one chance per transaction (job ticket)

• If you pay a deposit in person, you play at that time (If you proceed by online/phone payment you can play the next time you visit the showroom)

• If you pay in full, you play at that time

• You won’t be able to play again when you return to pay the balance or collect your item

How to play

After your payment:

1. You’ll be invited to take part

2. You choose one numbered stone box by looking only

3. Our team will record your choice

Please note:

• You cannot touch or move the boxes

• You cannot use magnification or look closely with tools

• Selection is visual only

What happens next

We won’t reveal if you’ve picked the diamond.

If you have selected the correct stone:

• You will be entered into the final prize draw

• The winner will be contacted on 2nd September

A few helpful notes

• If you choose not to play at the time of purchase, the opportunity cannot be used later

• Each transaction gives one chance, but multiple transactions may give multiple entries

• For multiple entries you can choose different stones each go or if you’re confident in your choice you can select the same number multiple times

1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Timothy Roe Fine Jewellery LTD

2. Promotion Period

The promotion runs from 1 April 2026 until 1 September 2026 inclusive.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to customers aged 18 years or over.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• Employees of the promoter

• Immediate family members of employees

• Individuals working within the jewellery, gemstone, or diamond trade, including professional gemmologists

4. How to Participate

Customers making a purchase in-store during the promotion period will be offered the opportunity to participate.

Eligible purchases include but are not limited to:

• Jewellery sales

• Bespoke commissions

• Repairs and alterations

• Cleaning services

• Other in-store services

Participants will be invited to select one numbered box from a display containing 30 stones.

5. The Stones

Among the 30 stones is one natural 1.00ct diamond.

The remaining stones consist of diamond simulants and other gemstones, which may include:

• Moissanite

• White sapphire

• Cubic zirconia

• Lab created diamonds

• Paste or other similar stones

6. Viewing Rules

To ensure fairness:

• Participants may not handle the stones

• Stones must not be touched or removed

• Display boxes must not be opened or moved

Selections must be made visually only.

7. Successful Selection

If a participant selects the box containing the diamond, their name and contact details will be recorded and entered into the prize draw.

8. Prize Draw

All successful participants will be entered into a random prize draw, which will take place on 2 September 2026.

The draw will be conducted at random by the promoter.

9. Prize

The prize is one 1.00ct diamond.

10. Prize Conditions

• The prize is non-transferable

• No cash alternative will be offered

11. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the details provided.

If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, the promoter reserves the right to select another winner from the remaining eligible entries.

12. Promoter Rights

The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.

13. Acceptance

Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
