Repairs & Services

Dear Customers,

One of our goldsmiths is retiring, so we only have a fixed amount of time available in the workshop – this time becomes very precious and must be carefully managed.

To enable our sales team, our administrative team, our goldsmiths and our stone setters to focus this time on our raison d’Γͺtre – the creation of bespoke work and exciting pieces for our window displays, we have made the decision to cease the provision of repair services on items that are not manufactured or sold by Timothy Roe Fine Jewellery.

We will continue to service any jewellery that we have sold or manufactured.
