If new stones are needed to complete your design, we offer a premium selection of high-quality diamonds and precious gemstones, carefully curated in-store to suit a wide range of styles and settings.
We supply precious metal alloys including 9 ct, 14 ct, 18 ct and 22 ct gold, platinum and palladium. In addition, 99% of our bespoke jewellery is made through a fully recycled, ethically responsible supply chain.
To ensure the highest standard of finish, we use specially imported solders with elevated platinum content, providing stronger, cleaner joins than standard alternatives. Combined with precision laser welders, this allows us to achieve exceptional structural integrity and flawless results in every remodelled piece.

The Step-by-Step of Our Bespoke Remodelling Process
Transforming a beloved piece of jewellery into something new begins with a personal consultation. This is your moment to share the story behind your piece, whether it’s an heirloom worn for generations or a treasured gift that no longer suits your style. Together, we explore possibilities, view gemstones and diamonds, and sketch early ideas that reflect your vision. We are able to re-melt the metal of your existing piece, as long as it is yellow gold - so please speak with our incredible team if you wish to explore this option.
Once we’ve defined your design and preferences, we move into the specification and quoting stage. Every detail is considered, from precious metal selection to the complexity of remodelling. A deposit allows us to begin sourcing any new stones and committing our time and expertise to the next stage.
Our design team then rebuilds your piece using cutting-edge CAD technology, often guided by 3D scans of the original. A printed resin model can be created, offering you the chance to see and feel your remodelled jewellery before casting.
Once approved, your piece is recast in precious metal, hallmarked, and meticulously reassembled in our Chichester workshop. Our expert goldsmiths and stone setters work under magnification to restore your jewellery with exquisite detail - preserving its story, while giving it a beautiful new life.

With nearly two decades of experience in Computer Aided Design, we use this elite software to create highly detailed digital models. From the gentle curve of a classic band to the ornate intricacies of antique designs, we can model every element with precision.
Our in-house 3D scanner allows us to capture the exact form of your original piece, even restoring worn or damaged areas with meticulous accuracy. Once the design is complete, we can produce a resin prototype using advanced SLA 3D printing – offering you the opportunity to see and try the piece before starting to cast it in precious metals.

The artistry of our exceptionally skilled stone setters defines the finest of our gemstone jewellery, using microscopes and finely honed skills to ensure flawless placement and a precision finish.

Before this, you may wish to view sketches, digital renderings or a 3D-printed model of your design — all of which can influence the timeline. We take great care in sourcing exceptional stones. Any principal diamond over 0.25ct - whether natural or lab-created - is typically supplied with an official diamond grading report. We favour certification from leading gemological institutes such as the GIA and IGI. While coloured gemstones aren’t routinely certified, reports can be arranged upon request.
We also provide written valuations for insurance purposes, detailing gemstone specifications. This service is complimentary for remodelled pieces valued over £2,000; for items below this threshold, a modest fee may apply, depending on the design.

Yes. All custom-remodelled jewellery is covered by a Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty, which protects against defects in the design, manufacture or craftsmanship. This does not extend to accidental damage or natural wear over time, but we are always happy to advise on aftercare and repair services if needed.

Each remodelled piece is individually priced, reflecting its unique design and requirements. Your estimate will include the type and weight of precious metal used, the complexity of the design, goldsmithing and stone setting time, as well as any gemstones or diamonds added. Essential services such as casting, hallmarking and 3D printing are also factored in.
