Our jewellery workshop is a space where our talented team of master craftsmen bring every design to life. It’s here that each piece of exceptional jewellery is created, carefully designed and made onsite to the highest possible standard. We’ve poured immense care and investment into this space, and it represents everything we stand for: expert craftsmanship, timeless quality, and a true sense of community.
Because our workshop is right here with us, we can oversee every stage of the process, ensuring that every detail, every finish, and every gemstone meets our exacting standards. There’s no need to send your jewellery away for repairs or assessments – the expertise is already in-house, ready when you need it.
Our workshop has been part of our business since we opened in 1996. But in 2024, we gave it the spotlight it deserved. No longer tucked away, it now sits proudly at the front of the shop, fully refurbished and visible through a glass partition from Chichester High Street. It’s a place to witness real craftsmanship in action – and if you share our fascination with fine jewellery, you’re warmly invited to come and see it for yourself.

We’re proud to have an extraordinary team of designers, stone setters, goldsmiths, and jewellery experts. Each one is passionate, experienced, and utterly dedicated to their craft. Their talent and commitment are the foundation of everything we create, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have them with us. Our workshop and showroom form a close-knit community where creativity and expertise come together every day. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. The best team deserves the best tools. That’s why we’ve invested in an exceptional range of equipment to support the work of our expert craftsmen.
Custom-made benches
Our workshop is fitted with two stone setting benches, three goldsmithing benches, alongside a fully equipped repairs workshop, hotworking area and forge and a dedicated polishing bench upstairs. Each bench has been custom-made for our space, complete with adjustable heights, specialist drawers, and all the bells and whistles designed to help our team do what they do best.
Microscopes & micromotors
We’ve also built a suite of cutting-edge technology to ensure every piece we create meets the highest standards of precision and quality. Microscopes allow for unrivalled accuracy and immaculate finishes, while micromotors support a range of intricate rotary work.
CAD 3Design & zBrush
We use CAD 3Design and zBrush – advanced design software trusted by Swiss watchmakers and leading fine jewellers – to bring our ideas to life. With a high-resolution 3D scanner, we can scan existing pieces for jewellery remodelling or perfectly shape a ring to fit.
This carefully curated set of tools and technology allows our team to deliver outstanding results, giving them everything they need to craft extraordinary fine jewellery with confidence, creativity, and exceptional care.

Same day resizing and cleaning
We offer same-day ring resizing for new purchases. Simply leave your item with us, enjoy a coffee or bite to eat in Chichester’s charming town centre, and come back in just 1–2 hours to collect your beautifully adjusted jewellery. It’s all taken care of right here in our workshop, with the efficiency and quality you can always expect from us.
We also provide our resizing and cleaning services for other jewellery or subsequent adjustments, just speak with our team.

Having our workshop onsite means expert advice is always on hand. Unlike many other jewellers who need to send pieces away for evaluation, often taking one to two weeks, we can inspect, assess, and advise right here. Whether you have a question, concern, or want to discuss a bespoke commission, our team is always ready to help. It’s faster, more personal, and ensures your jewellery never has to leave our care.
Jewellery repair
Our jewellery repair service offers expert, in-house care for everything from ring resizing and chain repairs to resetting stones and replacing worn components. Carried out in our Chichester workshop, each repair is handled with precision and attention to detail by our skilled craftsmen. We use the latest tools and traditional techniques to restore your jewellery’s beauty and integrity. Whether it’s a simple clean and polish or a full restoration, your treasured piece is in safe, experienced hands.
