Repair & Restoration Work

All manner of repair work is carried out, from simple ring sizing and chain soldering, to complex re-tipping and remounting work - no job is too big or too small

Ring sizing, new shanks (rings), new collets (settings),soldering charms to bracelets, re-touching damaged enamel, shortening chains and changing earring fittings from clips to posts are all just a small example of what we can do.

If you have been wearing a ring for a long time and find you are unable to remove it, we can carefully cut it off. We would usually suggest waiting one or two weeks for your finger to return to its normal shape, when we can then take an accurate finger size and re-join the ring and polish it so you would never know any work had been done!
