Computer Aided Manufacture

After a design has been selected from a choice of hand drawn sketches and then created in 3D using Computer Aided Design (CAD), it will be built as a wax model using one of our two amazing Rapid Prototyping (RP) machines. Very few UK jewellers operate their own RP machines and again, outsource to bureau’s in London and Birmingham. We are very lucky to have these two cutting edge machines.

 

They work by literally printing wax in 3D, building up your ring layer by layer, using the information from the Computer Aided Design file.
